Lstss & Ist - Player Report

Ok so Ist is annoying I dont like him. everyone knows that...he spams world chat with non english, doesn't speak english at all really. Nothing gets done. He spams me constantly with "inv need leut" or something stupid along those lines. Today he was harrassing me while I was alt tabbed, I then reported it, without retorting at first. Airplane did nothing but warn the both of us. Ist kept on, nothing done. I retorted, I get warned, just me. This goes on, Airplane eventually says "I'm not there" despite him /sighing at me a minute before hand. Ist was posting in world chat Airplane elected to ignore it. As this continued Airplane said he was "too busy" to do anything about it, and post on the forums...But he was never to busy to handle me apparently. Due to I was muted for defending myself when a GM refused to do so. Now I am here wasting time out of my day, in order to PROVE something already PROVEN  to your so called "head admin" I get you don't like me airplane, I try to piss you off less than I normaly would, however This was pretty bullshit, and Biased. So here are my screen shots...get Ist off this server before I splode on his foreign ass.
