Vendor Refund Issue Empty Vendor Refund Issue

I got 20k honor and bought 4 pieces of Season 4 gear, but i wanted to sell it back after 10 mins and i couldn't because, even if it was saying on the item "You may sell this item to a vendor bla bla to get a full refund", it wouldn't let me. I hadn't mog-ed it yet and i can't refund it.
