Useless Vote Points

What is your suggestion? Okay, so let's say... you have like 20+ vote points and got nothing to spend them all, but you're a dedicated raider. (or have a lower amount like 15-20). And your entire team almost dies, but you're alive and you're not a class that can ressurect, what do you do? Tell your entire group to run back and get killed by respawned trash?

I've came up with this idea; 15-25 vote points to spend on an item which has unlimited charges but a 30 minute cooldown, this "item" will cast "Mass Resurrection". This will stop abuse of constant spam. And will have a 30 minute cooldown on the item.

What should the item be? It should simply be a "junk" item like the custom scroll which burns demons, but instead it begins casting Mass Resurrection. Add a GCD to 30 minutes and done.
