Summer's little note.

Hey guys.
This is quite an emotional topic for me to write.
Some of you have told me that I am rude and harsh when it comes to leading raids. I understand that might be the case so I decided that I should retire, so I disbanded my guild(Yet again!).
I don't think a good leader should be harsh and rude towards anyone, yet that is exactly what I did. I became something I hated,
and I can't live with that. So I need to find my resolve and change who I am in-game.
One thing I would like to point out. The people that left the guild and influenced me somewhat in my decission to disband the guild. I find it incredible wierd how you can so nonchalant leave the guild without even saying your proper goodbye. I have busted my ass for this guild. As I did for Malicious Intent, I was the one who managed all the raids, I organized everything so you could get your Tier 3. But not even 1 "Thank you for the run Hyperstate/Summer" was given to me. I know you left because of me. But now you just seem like disrespectful and unthankful brats. Just keep in mind that I was the one behind in your gear progress on your character. No, I am lieing, it was all of us that was behind it. I just managed it.
I am thankful for all the fun and all the raids we've done. Hell we would have cleared all the tier 3 content if it wasn't for all the bugs and glitches. But we can't do raids with an idiot in charge, right?
It just saddens me to see my close friends and not so close friends just leave without leaving a reason or a simple goodbye.
There are some exceptional players that was in the guild. Mena and Spade, I hope you take good care of them.
And with this all being said, I'm going to say my last words: I will be back and I will make 1 hell of a guild glorious again, just watch me.

Hey Summer, i hate to see you go like that. i have been in your guild (few at the time) with my DK named grimm, and left without saying anything and i apoligize for that. The reason why i left was that i didnt like my DK's dual class so i made another one and tryed to join your guild once again, but you standards were to high for me (45K dps). but im looking forward to see you once again making a awesome guild with some of the best players in it. ooh yea and i always thanked you for the raids i did with you just so you know

Yeah I remember that you were always very thankful for the raids and runs we did.

I just joined this Server because of ur Stream. U were kind and nicely, replied to all my questions on Twitch and finally invited me to Few and took me into raiding.
Just wanted to thank u also here for ur great Help!
Always enjoyed the raids and the progress oriented style of leading.

Don't understand why this post was needed, but I'll make sure myself and Mena and the guild officers treat the new guys with respect as our raiding groups are filling up, and I got a few ideas I need to speak with Mena about raids so everyone gets a shot.
