T2 Mage Helmet Empty T2 Mage Helmet

Error: If you use Presence of Mind, Arcane Blast, then instantly Arcane Power the CD of Presence of Mind won't refresh, so Arcane Power and Presence of Mind stay "In Use" without the buff. Don't know how to describe it better.

Severity of the Bug: Major, because Arcane Mages lack of DPS without those skills.

Nature of this Incident: I tryed it a few times, it happens again and again.
