GM application - Softserve pt. 2

Why do you want to be part of the Hells Legion Staff:
I think I would be an excellent addition to the current staff, I have the experience in each area that may need assistance. I am well known on the realm and have a general overview of the realm in its entirety. I have taken the time to get to know most of the player base and the staff.
Time Zone and the times you can be online per day(usually):
Eastern Time Zone
(UTC-05:00)
7AM realm time to 12PM realm, everyday
During the weekend I am available at any hour of any day.
Do you play retail and are you in a end game raiding guild that requires you to be online at certain times?
I do play retail but I have been dropped from my current raid group.
Any previous experience you had with being a Game Master/Dev/Moderator/Admin:
Owner: Owned 3 trinity core realms, one of which has made it to the first page of xtreme top 100.
Admin: Administrated on my personal realms, have experience with Mangos/trinity and arcemu cores.
GM: Gmd on numerous top 100 realms including, Zhyper wow, mond wow, eternal wow, World of twinks, wowblaze, and Zech Wow.
Mod: I was only a moderator (aka ticket GM) for Eternal wow before being promoted.
Marketing: I have experience with marketing events and promotions on Eternal wow and Mond wow. I have used these events to bring in numerous players.
Dev: I only have experience as a Dev on my personal projects to prepare for release on my main realms.
Do you have any experience with running/owning a WoW Private Sever?
I have owned 3 private servers in the past 4 years netting around $25,000. I have personally developed, owned, and administrated all 3. One of which made it to the first page of extreme top 100.
Do you have any examples of your work?
I have no examples on file, but I can provide emails of past superior GMs who will gladly vouch for my work.
How are you with people (e.g. patience, understanding, helpful, etc.):
I like to think I am a helpful and kind person. I like to respond to each person logically rather than just repeating what others have posted.
I have also provided the realm with numerous guides for new players.
Can you handle orders, or do you prefer giving orders yourself:
I can handle or give orders depending on the situation. my goal is to get the job done.
Do you have Ventrilo with a working mic?
I do have every well known voice chat software readily available with a working mic.
What do you expect from Hells Legion?
I expect for the player base to rise at a steady pace, and for more original content to be released.
Do you know anything about scripting C++?
Minimal Java

I am the current Forum Moderator, I am well known on the realm, I have applied once before but removed the post due to the sudden influx of applicants. It was a poor choice on my end I didn't expect for so many of them to be declined or lack the required experience to perform.

Now I support ya Soft, we've had many chats, and I respect ya despite how many times I kid around and taunt ya. That's just me. However, and this could just be me, I'd prefer if someone other than Airplane decided this. I like Airplane. If he can handle me he's prepared to run a 10k man server. However, seeing to biased opinions and "previous friendship" I'd prefer if this was looked at by McCrick and/or Avenger and decided. I'm sure you'll get it anyways, but I'd rather avoid the Biased "I like you, you brown nosed, here's gm." Real talk, from Thunder. +1

I agree entirely. Hopefully they will stop by soon enough.

I would like to point out that i alone can not decide if someone gets a staff position, ultimately McCrick and Avenger are the final decision. I understand showing support, was just expressing my opinion is all.
